For the sake of prioritizing maximum service to buyers at, we provide Returns and Exchange. Buyers can use this facility if:

  • The size of items received does not match the size ordered
  • There is a defect in the item received
  • The color of the item received does not match the color in the photo

Term and Conditions for Returning Goods

Confirmation of product exchange to CS is done a maximum of 2×24 hours after the product is received by the customer. Returns can only be made within 7 × 24 hours from the time the item is received via the shipping service. Buyers who return goods are required to attach goods receipt documents. All items promo / discounted or purchased with cannot be exchanged or returned.

Condition of Goods to be Subject to Returns or Exchanges

Items returned to us must be in the original condition, not yet used, changed, and washed, and still complete with the label / pricetag. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, you can:

  • Exchange with other colors for the same product
  • Exchange with other items at the same or higher price
  • Return the item (return)
